✅Seamlessly integrated ceiling-mounted AC units.
✅Implemented separate VRV systems across the floors, aesthetically concealed within spiral ducting paired with ventilation grills.
✅Ensured accessibility for all with the addition of a DOC M facility suite catering to our differently-abled visitors.
✅Introduced a new electrical mains hot water heating system to elevate the comfort of the canteen and washrooms.
